Data we process
We process account identity, verified email addresses, security events, onboarding progress, creator profile content, uploaded profile assets, strategy drafts, and exchange connection metadata needed to provide Strateque.
Sensitive credentials
Exchange API credentials are validated server-side and stored only as versioned encrypted ciphertext. Plain credentials, authentication codes, cookies, and uploaded file contents are excluded from application logs and error monitoring.
How data is used
- Authenticate accounts and prevent abuse.
- Resume onboarding and provide creator and copying capabilities.
- Validate exchange permissions and operate requested strategy features.
- Diagnose unexpected errors using minimized, pseudonymous telemetry.
Providers and disclosure
Infrastructure, email, storage, monitoring, OAuth, and connected exchange providers process only the data required for their function. We do not sell personal data. Public creator profiles and published strategies are visible by design.
Retention and control
Active product records are retained while needed to provide the service. Revoked exchange ciphertext is deleted while limited audit metadata may remain for security. Replaced assets and abandoned uploads are removed by retryable cleanup jobs. Contact support to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
