You must be legally able to enter this agreement and use each exchange account you connect. Keep your account secure and provide accurate profile and strategy information.
Trading risk
Trading and copying strategies can result in substantial losses. Historical results do not guarantee future performance. Strateque provides software infrastructure, not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. You remain responsible for every exchange account and risk limit you use.
Exchange access
Only connect API credentials with the minimum supported read and trading permissions. Withdrawal, transfer, margin, options, or other unsupported permissions are prohibited. You may revoke a key at the exchange at any time.
Creators and strategies
Creators are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their public profiles and strategies. Do not publish misleading claims, impersonate others, manipulate markets, or violate exchange rules and applicable law.
Availability and enforcement
We may restrict unsafe integrations, suspend abusive activity, or change supported providers to protect users and the service. Planned maintenance and third-party outages may interrupt access.
